This can be either a full-time position, or a part-time payroll-only position.
The post holder will be entirely responsible for the outsourced payroll and pension scheme arrangements of the practice, and varied HR Administration tasks.

I have partnered with an organisation who are looking for an HR Manager to join their small team in Central Oxford on a part-time (22.5 hours pw) basis.
You will be operating in a standalone capacity leading the HR function.
You will oversee the full HR lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and implementation of HR strategies whilst ensuring the business is compliant with employment laws and regulations.
