We are recruiting for a permanent Talent Acquisition Partner role for a long-established company based in the Watford area.
Working closely with department and team leaders, you will learn their specific hiring requirements and develop a recruitment strategy to ensure the best talent is identified and recruited into their vacancies.
Your primary focus will be providing strategic and operational HR support.
As the HR Business Partner, you will be a key member of our team, you will collaborate with internal managers and staff to align business objectives with employee needs.
Benefits
Salary between £55-65k per annum, dependent on experience.
