We are seeking two HR Officer with a focus on employee relations to join the HR & Training team at Greater London Authority.
The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on a range of ER cases, including probation, disciplinary, capability, resolution, and sickness absence, and will support line managers in line with relevant ER policies.
Day to day of the role
Provide advice on the application of HR Policy, including disciplinary, resolution, sickness absence, and other employment issues.
I am working with Merseyside Police to hire a HR Resourcing Officer to join their North-West Regional Organised Crime Unit based in Warrington, on a temporary contract until March 2025.
You will provide an efficient and effective HR administrative support and be a first point of contact for all HR enquiries.
