The HR Officer will be responsible for managing a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development.
The successful candidate will be expected to work collaboratively with other departments to ensure that the company's HR policies and procedures are in line with best practices and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the day-to-day HR service provision, collaborating with the academy's People Business Partner and Centralized People Support Service.

This will be a temp position working 18.5 (Part time position) worked over three days (1 x 6.5 hrs and 2 x 6 hrs) - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and is hybrid working after training.
