Responsible for the efficient running and development of the HR Department of a 30 staff company. Working to increase employee loyalty by providing processes to help support managers and functional heads to recruit and retain the right people. Responsible for ensuring that management and team behaviour reflects the company values. Organizing Company event twice a year - researching and organizing everything Attending functional meetings with the Director, Service Manager and fellow functional heads Design and implementation of induction training for all new employees Design and implementation of the training manual/processes for the HR Responsible for reviewing the training procedures for all staff Carrying out internal audits as per our audit program and compliance with H&S regulations Writing reports on Service Manager from the quality checks received, non-conformances and help to plan any necessary remedy actions Generating action plans for improvement of service levels based on analysis of quality control reports Responsible to make sure all our Compliance documents are up to date Handling the advertisement of vacancies within the company and recruitment agencies Ensuring the recruitment process is followed Entering all new employees' details into employee spreadsheet Handling all onboarding for new starters in line with Managers Responsible for the organisation of staff appraisals (via other functional heads) Supporting disciplinary meetings ensuring compliance with employment law processes Handling 6 monthly appraisals for service drivers with Managers Ensure that all employees have an initial review, Probation Period review / Interviews Person specification: Previous experience in HR is essential, ideally at a similar level Experienced in recruiting staff, onboarding, training and conducting appraisals Very well organised and professional at all times Some experience in compliance is highly desirable but not essential Attention to detail and approachable Additional Information: Based in Tolworth Free onsite parking Healthcare plan after probationary period 20 days holiday plus bank holidays Pension scheme Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm Refer a friend and earn £100!
