We are recruiting a HR Manager on a fixed term contract for 6-8 months for a fast-paced and growing business based in Hemel Hempstead - starting ASAP to cover maternity leave!
We are seeking candidates with strong generalist HR experience who will be responsible for the full provision of HR services across multiple sites including all Recruitment, Remuneration, Benefits, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Employee Engagement and Payroll.
The role will lead a small team and take ownership of the HR operations for the contract duration.
