The Housing Applications Senior officer will have a broad understanding of Housing solutions including, carrying out assessments of need and making decisions on applications and working with partner agencies to widen access to housing and promote alternative housing options for vulnerable and at risk' residents.
The Rehousing team is seeking a Housing Applications Senior Officer.
You will come with an understanding of allocations and homelessness legislation, how to manage competing priorities and be solutions focused.
Shift rota- Earlies, Lates, Weekends, Bank Holidays.

As the Housing Officer, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with tenants, conducting periodic property inspections, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
The Housing Officer acts as the eyes and ears of the Repairs & Maintenance team in the field, providing essential feedback and reports.

Engage with tenants to provide a responsive efficient housing management service that is consistently excellent for all tenancies.
To provide a high-quality housing management service, ensuring outstanding customer service and service delivery, by being a primary point of contact for tenants.
Housing Officers are expected to carry out the vast majority of their duties (70%) at the managed accommodation.
