A London-based Housing Association are recruiting for a Support Worker to provide a housing related support service to their residents ina supported housing service in Tower Hamlets with a view to moving them on from temporary accommodation in to independent living.
The focus of this Support Worker role is work with residents with regards to tenancy sustainment and independent living to prepare them for moving on from the service.
