Our client is seeking a dedicated Housing Management Coordinator to join our team in Watford.
This role focuses on overseeing a range of housing management functions in an older people's service, including repairs, arrears, voids, wellbeing and welfare checks, and maintenance.
The position is based on one site, covering both supported and leasehold services.
Duties and responsibilities as Assistant Building Manager
To act as a point of contact for the building, the Managing Agent, and the Client/Landlord, in all of your activities as Assistant Building Manager.
