Our client is are looking for a dedicated Housing and Support Officer to join their team.
The role involves providing housing management and housing-related support to a caseload of residents, ensuring rent accounts are monitored, and taking action to minimise rent arrears.
THIS ROLE IS PART TIME 30 HOURS PER WEEK ACROSS A SHIFT PATTERN
Responsible for overseeing the allocation and letting of rented accommodation, including general needs social housing, market rent and other rented tenure.
General
The ideal candidate will have social housing experience and have experience in mutual exchanges and conducting viewings.
We are currently recruiting for a full-time role (37.5 hours a week) for initially a 2-month minimum contract which offers hybrid work with 2 days working from home.
Based at the Orchard Housing Office with regular resident and estate visits.
36 hours per week to start asap.
Key responsibilities include
Address and resolve any non-access issues relating to all domestic works compliance including damp and mould, EICR, Gas, Fire Doors and HHSRS inspections.
