We are looking for a Housing Supply Delivery Manager for a role in Camden.
The TA Delivery Manager will play a key role in overseeing the delivery of housing projects, ensuring they meet the strategic objectives of the local authority, while complying with local and national housing policies.
Leading Housing Association requires a Contract Delivery Officer to manage a defined group of contracts delivering facilities and/or surveying services for a specific workstream.
Where the contract relates to surveys you will support the specification, commissioning and completion of surveys within the agreed timescales.

Support the effective delivery of planned preventative maintenance, responsive repairs and where applicable programmes for equipment replacement.

Job Location: Home based in the East Region with regular travel across East Anglia
You'll deliver multiple projects ranging from Section 106 schemes through to large multi-tenure Joint Ventures, working closely with our contractor, developer and consultant partners to deliver these schemes.
Provide a strategic framework for the design, development and delivery of all new housing projects, in line with council priorities at any one given delivery stage (enabling, delivery or post-delivery).
Develop, lead and evaluate a performance management framework for a team of delivery project management staff.
To be responsible, on behalf of the council, to negotiate agreements and contracts with developers and other key stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery of Southwark Construction projects within the programme.
To provide customers with a knowledgeable and professional first point of contact on the telephone, in writing and in person for Neighbourhood Housing teams.
