We are working with a fantastic organisation who are looking to hire a Housekeeping Manager to manage the Housekeeping staff to ensure the department is run efficiently and to the highest of standards.
The position would be responsible for ensuring the College is cleaned and maintained at all times which includes room set up for internal and external events and functions.
The role would typically be Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:00pm, however once or twice a year might require some weekend work.
As a Housekeeping Team Leader you will be responsible for working alongside and supporting the supervisors with the successful delivery of beverage services, ensuring that work is completed in a timely manner and to the required standard.
As a Housekeeping Team Leader, you will oversee and support the housekeeping team and the provision of serving beverages across the owned properties and monitor, assess and develop staff performance to support the Company's operation.
All tasks will be monitored to ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.

Postion: Housekeeping Supervisor / Senior Cleaner
Our client based in Central Oxford are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor/Housekeeper on a temporary basis.
This will include ensuring cleanliness of all rooms; dealing with staff and guest enquiries; managing staffing allocation during staff holiday and other absences, including recommending to the Accommodation Manager if temporary staff are required; allocating work and supervising standards of work; identifying the need for staff training, monitoring performance and providing training as required.
