We are looking for a Caretaker/Maintenance Operative for our client based Beckenham.
Overview: This is hands on role, responsible for the day to day running, cleaning and maintenance of a site containing a residential building set in their own grounds.
General and Grounds Responsibilities
To undertake each morning a visual inspection of the fabric of the building to identify any issues for resolution.
