Our client is currently seeking an experienced Resident Host to join the team at a luxury development in South East London.
The shift pattern will be 4 on 4 off, 8am - 8pm.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate effectively with residents, visitors, colleagues, couriers, and contractors, welcoming all residents and visitors with a warm and friendly approach in a professional manner.

Key Tasks
Annual Leave - 23 days per year
Provide a daily point of contact for tenants for general enquiries, reactive maintenance throughout building and amenity spaces and provide updates on progress.
