Repairs Manager Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire (Hybrid/Smart Working) Salary £53,312 Per Annum Plus Benefits Permanent, Full Time 37 hours per week (Monday - Friday, Flexibility Negotiable) Thrive Homes is looking for an experienced Repairs Services Delivery Manager to work within their Property Services department, THS - Thrives Homes Services our in-house team who carry out their repairs and maintenance work. You will be responsible for ensuring that THS delivers a high-quality, cost-effective, and competitive repairs service. This includes day-to-day maintenance, cyclical and refurbishment works, void works, home servicing, and any other building-related projects that may arise, in accordance with company plans and legislation. Requirements: Relevant and demonstrative experience within the Repairs and Maintenance industry Experience of leading a team in housing maintenance delivery would be beneficial Leadership skills The ability to support and drive a team forward Problem solving and communications skills Experience within social housing, local authority or contractor background.
