The resident host is a crucial role to the overall customer experience within the business. You will be the first face residents meet. Some key duties include: Meet & Greet Move-ins arrangements & Inventories R2R Checks Site Inductions Building Walks Taking Complaints Parcel Management Key Management General Inquiries Amenity Bookings Building Communications Resident Events Helpdesk (not maintenance) Car park management Working pattern 5 over 7 (Monday - Saturday) between 8am and 8pm.
