The Chef (Care Home) manages the day-to-day food and drinks provision in their allocated care home by overseeing a kitchen and team of Senior Hospitality Assistants, with the majority of food prepared by our suppliers.
Total of 30 hours per week to include weekend working.
Summary responsibilities/outcomes
Responsible for the day-to-day provision of food and drinks service across allocated care home, tailored to meet the needs and preferences of our residents.
The Hospitality Assistants work closely with the Head Chef (Village) and Chef (Village) to provide a food and drink service in a welcoming, clean environment for our residents/customers in our village cafe.

Creates a welcoming environment for residents and customers in our village restaurants with a focus on customer service and providing a wide variety of food and drinks.
As a service chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of a busy service kitchen cooking fresh breakfast & brunch products to order and working in a small team to ensure delivery to the highest standard.
Role: Service Chef - FED 313, Gloucester Rd, BS7 8PE
Post holder will be working with 2 or 3 prep chefs on duty, managing prep lists, stock management, ordering and opening and closing the kitchen.
As kitchen porter you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of organisation and cleanliness in our small service kitchen or large production kitchen.
