We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our team in providing repairs and maintenance services for social housing properties. As an Electrician, you will be responsible for diagnosing electrical issues, performing repairs, and ensuring all electrical systems are safe and compliant with regulations. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: Conducting electrical inspections and diagnosing issues in social housing properties. Performing electrical repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks. Ensuring compliance with relevant safety standards and regulations. Completing job-related paperwork accurately and on time. Providing excellent customer service and communicating effectively with clients and colleagues. Requirements: Proven experience as an electrician, preferably in a social housing or property maintenance setting. NVQ level 3 within the trade. 18th edition. Gold ECS card. Testing and inspection 2391 Strong knowledge of electrical systems and regulations. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
