As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in delivering a high-quality, therapeutic service to children and young people, fostering safe and nurturing relationships and supporting their emotional development.
We are seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker for our client to join the team at their Children's Homes in Willenhall.
This position involves managing shifts, providing guidance to the team, and acting as the primary point of contact for staff and children during shifts.
Working across the Council on a range of priorities from regeneration, green space, health and social care, to heritage and culture and with external partners including the voluntary and community sector, this role will help raise our game by attracting significant levels of external resources that can make a real difference.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced project developer and proposal writer with a track record of applying for grants to become part of the team, able to research, co-ordinate and support the development of high-quality funding applications to secure external resources to enable the delivery of strategically important projects.
