The ideal candidate would have experience working in a customer facing role and have great communication skills both over the phone and via email.
You will be required to learn their catalogue of products in order to effectively advise customers on making purchasing decisions in an exciting industry.
The successful candidate who fulfills this varied role will spend much of each working day visiting properties to undertake various tasks which include the production of condition inspections to ensure they remain in good condition, produce reports to evidence and dispatch to the relevant landlord.
We will consider applications from people wanting to work either 5, or 4 full days a week, working between 8.30am - 5.30pm.

You will need to have extensive Residential Lettings experience at management level ideally with multi-location responsibility and preferably be ARLA qualified.
