Your new company I am working with a fantastic company that is on the lookout for an experienced Registered Manager to join the team in the Liverpool area. The company has a number of residential and supported living services across the North West and is well established in the area. Due to structural changes, they are now looking for an experienced registered manager to take over the residential home in Liverpool, supporting adults with learning disabilities as well as forensic mental health risk. Your new role You will be responsible for the safe running of the service that supports adults with LD and forensic mental health needs. You will ensure the home is run in line with CQC requirements and lead the team from the front to provide the best care for the adults in your care. You will be working 35 hours per week with some on-call duties. The working pattern is Monday - Friday, but you will need to be flexible depending on the home's needs. You will have flexibility to choose hours that work for you and the service. About you We are looking for someone with: Up to date knowledge of leasehold legislation, regulations, and standards, including Section 20 requirements. CIOH partial/fully qualified or equivalent qualification or experience. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure delivering to strict deadlines and manage conflicting priorities. Results driven with strong analytical skills, including the ability to critically analyse complex information, and experience of providing meaningful management information.
