We are seeking a Deputy Home Manager with experience managing a minimum of a 40-bedded home specializing in Dementia and General Nursing.
The ideal candidate will possess leadership experience in managing teams within a Person-centered Care environment and have a strong operational background.
As a Registered Children's Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of a children's residential service, providing a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for children and young people.
You will be accountable for ensuring that the home meets the highest standards of care, quality, and compliance, and that the needs of the children and young people are met.
To be considered for the role you must have
Previous Ofsted Registered Children's Manager or Registered Manager experience or extensive Deputy Manager experience (min 3 years) in a children's home.
We have an exciting position available as a Deputy Manager to deliver high quality care to the children and young people within the home.
You will be based in Liverpool on a full time, permanent basis working 37.5 hours and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £27315.60 - in addition you will receive a sleep in allowance of £45 totalling £5400 per annum.
