We are recruiting for a Registered Children's Home Manager for a small residential service in Basildon, Essex As a Registered Home Manager you will need to be level 5 qualified and have practical experience of running a children's residential service.
Key Responsibilities
At least two years experience working as a Deputy or Registered Manager in an OFSTED registered Children's Home (Preferably GOOD/Outstanding Home).
Level 5 Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification) or willingness to work towards this qualification.
Being offered with a £25,000 basic salary you will also receive a monthly percentage of the office rental income from the current 135 managed properties plus all upsales commission for example booking electrical installation condition reports (EICR's), inventories and renewals and as the portfolio grows so will your salary.

The on target earnings are realistically between £40,000 and £45,000.
We are either looking for an Inventory Clerk Manager or a Senior Property Manager who has carried out Property Inspections, Inventories and Check Outs and we will only consider applications from people wanting to work 5 full days per week, working between 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
You will have full responsibility for a team of Inventory Clerks plus Administrators across the Essex region.
The successful candidate who fulfills this varied role will spend part of each working week carrying out audits, and further training and development of your team of Inventory Clerks and ensuring they feel supported.
Manage the effective day-to-day management of a contract(s) from inception to final account settlement, ensuring contracts are operating in line with safety regulations, work policies, and electrical codes and standards.
Monday to Friday 8 am - 5pm
As a Contract Manager you will be responsible for the effectiveness of the overall contract, ensuring all KPI's and goals are met.
