We are seeking a Deputy Manager for a children and young people's residential home.

The successful candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in children's residential care, experience in leading teams, and a commitment to providing exceptional care to young residents.
To manage the Council's Housing Standards services including Clearance, Home Improvements, Empty Properties, Selective Licensing, HMOs, Enforcement and Healthy Homes services; to ensure that private sector housing programmes are successfully implemented, monitored and delivered on time and within the capital programme budget available and that housing standards across the borough continue to improve.
Monitor and interpret changes in both housing and regeneration policy and legislation to ensure compliance with statutory duties and the application of the most appropriate statutory powers relating to improvements of housing standards and the safeguarding of vulnerable people living in substandard homes.
You will be responsible for managing existing and pipeline portfolios across the UK, as they continue to develop and manage high-quality accommodation.
As a member of the FM team, you'll report directly to the company's Head of Property.
Working with operational budgets of up to £1.5million per property, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact, with hands-on support from the Operations team.
