We are looking to recruit a Manager to take over our clients 2 bed EBD home in Chorlton, Manchester.
To be considered for the role, candidates must have relevant experience within Residential childcare and either already be within a Home's Manager role or be an experienced Deputy Manager, wanting to take the next step in their career.
As a Children's Registered Manager you will be responsible for the management and day-to-day operations of a children's residential care home.The role is regulated by Ofsted in England, which ensures that children's homes meet legal standards and provide a safe, nurturing environment.
You will lead and manage the home, providing exceptional care while supervising and guiding a team of care staff.
To be considered for the role you must have
Previous Ofsted Registered Children's Manager or Registered Manager experience or extensive Deputy Manager experience (min 2 years) in a children's home.
