As part of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks in both empty and tenanted properties.
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Handy Person/maintenance operative to join our growing team in the Northamptonshire area.
Your role will include tasks ranging from changing taps to painting walls, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
This role will include all aspects of Property Management including building relationships by liaising with landlords and tenants, dealing with maintenance, actioning works, issuing section notices, deposit management, carrying out property inspections and dealing with general lettings administration.
