Reporting to the Registered Manager, duties to include
Assisting the Registered and Deputy Managers in the overall running of the home and effectively supervise staff providing care for children and young people in a residential setting in accordance with legislation and organisational policies and procedures.
Ensure that the home operates within the National Quality Care Standards and Regulations for Children's Homes and to develop a service that offers outstanding results for children and young people.

This is a fast-paced role critical to the UK Service Team's success, it requires excellence in customer care, strong relationship building, accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload.
