Reporting Structure
This position reports to the Nurse/Senior Support Worker.
As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a crucial role within the care team by recognizing and facilitating the daily needs of residents.
Your responsibilities will extend to conducting formal supervisions and appraisals, contributing to care planning, and coaching support workers.
With a strong emphasis on maintaining the personal care needs of residents, your approach will reflect respect for individual dignity and a commitment to promoting independence.
You will utilise your excellent organisational skills along with your experience in the care sector, by maintaining the company's quality assurance functions and documentation relating to both customers and field staff.

This role will be working full time 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm plus on call commitment.
