Here we provide quality care and support to older people with a range of support needs including dementia and memory impairment.
You will be based across 2 of our services, our Day Centre provides support to up to 20 people, and our Hub provides support to 8 people.
you will be working for a national charity that is part of Recovery Focus, a national group of charities that are highly experienced in providing specialist support services to individuals and families living with the effects of mental ill health, drug and alcohol use, gambling and domestic violence.

About the Role
Supported Housing Service is tailored for each person using the service with the ultimate goal to help people manage their accommodation and assist them with reintegration back into independent living and the wider community.
Working with both the staff team and clients you will promote a focus on maintaining the independence and dignity of our service users and ensure that they live inclusive lives within the local community.Committed to the welfare of others you will provide support to our clients on an emotional and practical level whilst supporting them with daily living needs such as personal care, household duties, medication, healthy living and engagement with the local community.
The service is part of Creative Support, a national not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing focused and responsive care to individuals with a wide range of care requirements.Our purpose built local staff team is both experienced and professional and we wish to build upon this with dedicated, warm and hard working individuals who can help us to provide the best level of personal and housing related support that we can to the individuals that we care for.
Based within Tameside, our local service is responsible for providing high quality and person centred support to older adults with extra care needs.
The role involves safeguarding, completing assessments, support plans, Liquid Logic, court work, Section 21, dealing with coroners (not essential but is desirable), CHC, MCA
