We are seeking a Parish Development Adviser who will work as a key member of the Dorchester Episcopal Area Team to support and resource parishes, benefices and deaneries as they discern and develop their missional priorities. About You Open to lay and ordained candidates, you will have experience in consultancy and facilitation with groups and individuals along with the gift of listening and asking good questions.
