As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch desktop, server, and software troubleshooting and support, consistently demonstrating the highest level of technical expertise, responsiveness, and exceptional customer service.
Service Desk Engineer -Leeds - £30,000 (Hybrid - after probation)
They are looking for Supplier Helpdesk Advisors to start immediately, for an initial 3-month period but these will extend and potentially run until the end of the year.
The role will be site-based for training and then will become hybrid, working Tuesdays and Thursdays in the office.
