The job hybrid with 3 days in the office a week and you will be supporting restaurants across France with any help that they may need to set up training etc .
This is NOT a call centre role and instead focuses on personal contact and taking care, time and effort to help your customers with wherever they need.
This is a lovely BILINGUAL FRENCH/ENGLISH customer care role in which you will use your fluent French to support restaurant & hotel clients.
In this position, you will provide comprehensive technical support for the company's clients as well as employees.
