Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Learning Disability (LD) Specialist Physiotherapist to lead a dynamic team of Physiotherapists and Physiotherapy Assistants at the Sutton Inclusion Centre.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality physiotherapy services and to take a proactive role in the development of innovative practices within our team.

(9am 5pm two days a week Early: 8am-4pm Late: 2pm to 10am three days a week)
Daily Duties
Take a lead role and provide support and advice to staff in creating and reviewing robust risk assessments, produce and agree management plans, personalised recovery support plans (identifying goals and aspirations and detailing activities and interventions) and structured move-in plans with new residents.
