Your Care are seeking experienced Support workers, to join our amazing team, working alongside clients with learning disabilities from mild to challenging in and around the East Riding of Yorkshire area, this is agency work so of course its excellent rates of pay, free ongoing training, uniform, holiday pay, pension and weekly pay.
You must have a minimum of 12 months experience working alongside people with learning disabilities and or mental health issues.
A full driver's licence is an advantage but not essential.
You can also expect to support the clinical team in a specific area, such as medication, assessments, care plans or care reviews.
As a Senior Care Assistant at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the different needs of our residents to enable us to deliver quality, person-centred care and support.
Your role will involve supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager.
