Key Responsibilities: Assist the client with daily activities, personal care, and medication management. Engage the client in recreational activities such as hiking, dining out, cooking, and baking. Provide emotional support, companionship, and encouragement. Promote independence and assist with developing life skills. Maintain accurate records and promptly report any changes in the client's condition to the relevant team members. Collaborate with other professionals involved in the client's care to ensure a holistic approach. Working Hours: We offer flexible working hours for both full-time and part-time positions: Early Shift: 07:30 - 15:00 Day Shift: 09:00 - 15:00 Late Shift: 15:00 - 21:30 Weekday and weekend shifts are available. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Registered Nurse (Mental Health) at a Barchester care home, youll use your compassion and experience to help deliver the exceptional levels of care and support were known for.
