Nottinghamshire County Council are seeking to recruit a Leaving Care Personal Advisor to support young people aged 17-24 who are leaving care.
The role is a temporary, full time position for an initial period of 3 months with a view to this being extended on a rolling basis and is offering a pay rate of £14.41 per hour.
