A leading client of ours in Warrington is looking for an Occupational Health Advisor to work on a full or part-time, permanent basis, within their friendly and supportive team.
With previous experience from the NHS or private care, you can join the multidisciplinary team at St Mary's in Warringtonwhich has a strong emphasis on teamwork, and where you will provide care for Services users with Acquired Brain Injuries (ABI), progressive neurological conditions, Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC) and Deaf Mental Health problems.
As a Social Worker you will manage a complex caseload and be responsible for social care assessments, risk assessments, facilitate group activities, and will contribute to ICR meetings, supporting service users to make viable plans for their future.
