As Care and Support Team Leader, your role will be to provide a responsive, respectful, reliable, and resourceful care and support service to vulnerable older people within an extra care service.
This includes providing support, care, and activities to customers, involving family, carers, and other agencies to meet their changing needs.
You will also be supervising care staff through observation and discussion to competently undertake care and support activities in a dignified and compassionate manner.

We are excited to be hiring Kitchen Lead / Cook Bank Staff to join our fantastic team, leading kitchen shifts at Thames Young Mariners Outdoor Learning Centre in Ham, near Richmond (TW10 7RX).
This role has a starting salary of £15.30 per hour (which consists £13.31 per hour plus £1.99 holiday entitlement)
You can expect a wide range of responsibilities, from developing tailored care plans to providing medicine safely and delivering excellence across everything you do.
We'll look to you to create a safe and supportive environment for residents with range of physical and mental needs, whilst also relying on your professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions.
