Every person they support has their own tenancy agreement and their own from door - the emphasis is on delivering support that is grounded in the individuals needs, wishes and aspirations of the person receiving it.
Your new companyWe are currently working exclusively with a supported living service provider, who support people living in a range of accommodation styles which include individual flats, specialist single-story properties and shared houses.
Your new roleAs a Support Worker, you will be providing outreach support to access the community, various supported living options and supporting those with complex physical, learning, or mental health needs and developmental disorders.

The hourly rate for this role is £11.64, and up to £12.88 across selected locations within London.The importance of your role.
Working 38 Hours Sunday 8.30 - 15.00 Mon to Thursday 10.00 to 19.00
