We are seeking a Programme Director to join our dynamic team. Managing the department's portfolio of online programmes, you will work in close collaboration with our Russell Group partner University. What you'll bring to the role Doctoral qualification or currently a PhD candidate in Public Health/Health and/or a Masters qualification in Public Health/Health and relevant professional experience. Experience of module and / or programme leadership in a HE institution. Experience of module / course design at HE level. Experience of teaching, assessing and supervising projects at level 7 (Masters) within the UK HE sector. Highly effective and experienced communicator. Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable liaising with academic colleagues, associate tutors and students. both face-to-face and in a virtual environment. Excellent IT skills, primarily Word, Excel, PowerPoint and online meeting software. Where you will be working Location: 1 Towngate Close, Guiseley, Leeds, LS20 9PQ You will be working at Spring Wood Lodge, a service that supports women over the age of 18 who have complex emotional and mental health problems associated with significant risk behaviours. Typically they have a diagnosis of personality disorder or a severe mental illness. They may not have had their needs met in a general psychiatric service including acute inpatient units, community mental health teams or community personality disorder service. Working as part of a team, you will focus on active rehabilitation with a view to achieving sustainable discharge.
