Due to our ongoing expansion, we are excited to recruit Trainee Enforcement Agents in various areas. Successful candidates will receive exceptional training and support through our Enforcement Training Academy to become fully skilled and certified. Debt Collection is a regulated industry with stringent ethical standards, and every visit is authorised by a Judge. Role Visiting debtor's properties to arrange payment of outstanding debts Setting up and agreeing repayment arrangements Assisting debtors in completing questionnaires Taking control of goods when required Removing goods when necessary Making inquiries with neighbours if debtors have moved Compiling reports about visits and necessary paperwork Assessing debtor vulnerability and signposting to support services if needed Liaising with office-based colleagues regarding cases Working independently across different locations daily Handling cash payments when necessary What's in it for you? Our comprehensive training program draws from over 40 years of experience, incorporating classroom, remote, and on-the-job learning. You'll receive payment throughout training, ensuring a smooth transition into your role.
