Responsibilities of this role: Effective engagement and relationship management with vulnerable children, young people and families and other stakeholders. Experience of formulating, implementing and reviewing agreed care plans. Experience of working within a statutory Children's Services setting. Can demonstrate an awareness of the impact of their involvement as a child care professional Experience of carrying out timely assessments of service users' needs, using practice guidance and departmental policies and procedures Requirements of this role: Must be a Qualified Social Worker, registered with Social Work England. Must have a Social Work qualification (Diploma in social work, social work degree or equivalent) Must have minimum of 2 years experience working as a Qualified social worker in a similar team Must be a car driver, with access to own vehicle.
