The hourly rate for this role is £12.36 and up to £13.53 across selected locations within London and will involve travelling to stores around the region up to 60 minutes. You'll work closely with the Hospital Director to support Mental Health Act administration requirements and support regulation compliance at Middlewood Clinic in Midhurst, West Sussex. Your responsibilities will include: Co-ordinating the accurate and timely completion and processing of section papers and associated documentation in accordance with the requirements of the MHA and code of practice. Ensuring patients, their relatives, legal representatives and official agencies are provided with the information and documentation required to effect the detention, registration and admission of an individual under the provisions of the MHA.
