Building Safety Manager needed in Southampton, £43.18ph PAYE - 5247687
To deliver the regulatory requirements of the Building Safety Act and Fire Safety Act to provide an effective and efficient building safety service to Higher Risk Buildings and ensuring compliance with and implementing the required changes detailed in building safety legislation.
To take responsibility for co-ordination and management of all matters relating to structural and fire safety in in-scope buildings to meet current and forthcoming legislative requirements.

Duties/Responsibilities
The post holder will assist in the development of a clear integrated approach to commissioning with specific responsibility for service re-design and performance in identified areas to ensure delivery of the best possible care within the resources available which meets national and local priorities and improves the health and wellbeing of the population.
