Health & Safety Administrator £25,000 - £30,000 per annum NG9, Chilwell Full Time, Permanent - Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 5.00pm The Administrator / Health & Safety Support role involves document preparation, responding to business inquiries, producing O&M Manuals and RAMS, and providing cross-departmental support. This position also assists the Health and Safety Manager with daily tasks to ensure full compliance with Health and Safety laws both on-site and in the office. Responsibilities: Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service. Adhere to Health & Safety standards, GDPR, laws, and ISO requirements. Identify training needs and stay updated. Supervise office operations and be the first point of contact for visitors and calls. Manage department supplies and various risk assessments (e.g., COSHH, fire prevention). Update online accreditations and oversee COSHH management. Provide clerical support and assist with Quality & Environmental Assurance audits. Document company policies and procedures clearly. Support data management and identify efficiency opportunities. Perform audits and ensure regulatory compliance. Monitor workplace health and safety risks and standards. Investigate and report incidents as required. Conduct internal ISO audits and produce RAMS and O&M Manuals. Qualifications: Professional appearance and flexible work approach. Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Full driving license.
