You will join this growing team and hit the ground running with assisting the Maintenance Managers with the management of their portfolio in the North of England, all the way down to the South West of England on scheduling both reactive and PPM works which include electrical certs, gas inspections, as well as fire/general risk assessments and handyman fixes too.
