You will be supporting small groups of children with phonic, maths and literacy interventions, giving 1:1 to support children with SEN, following EHCP plans and supporting the teacher in the class. What you'll need to succeed Must have a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification. Putting on interventions to help develop children's learning. Supporting teachers on a general basis. Must have experience with children with SEN needs. Good knowledge of RWI.
