CRP Group are recruiting on behalf of one of their clients who are a leading Grounds Maintenance company, looking for a Bid Writer to join their growing team.
The Bid Writer will report into one of the Bid Managers and be responsible for creating technically sound and customer centric content, for a large volume of bids across multiple services.
Additionally, they will also focus on developing the look and feel of our bid documents in order for them to reflect our business culture and values.
We are either looking for an Inventory Clerk Manager or a Senior Property Manager who has carried out Property Inspections, Inventories and Check Outs and we will only consider applications from people wanting to work 5 full days per week, working between 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate who fulfills this varied role will spend part of each working week carrying out audits, and further training and development of your team of Inventory Clerks and ensuring they feel supported.
You will have full responsibility for a team of Inventory Clerks plus Administrators across the Essex region.
Mechanical Project Manager required for our client, a well-established mechanical engineering and building services.
They have built a reputation within the Building Services Industry by delivering Design, Installation and Maintenance Services to both public and private sector markets.
The successful candidate who fulfills this varied role will spend much of each working day visiting properties to undertake various tasks which include the production of condition inspections to ensure they remain in good condition, produce reports to evidence and dispatch to the relevant landlord.
We will consider applications from people wanting to work either 5, or 4 full days a week, working between 8.30am - 5.30pm.
Naturally, for those working 4 days a week the salary, bonuses and holiday entitlement would be adjusted accordingly on a pro-rata basis.
