You will also be communicating with both our office and field-based teams on best practices across several policy and risk management areas.
Recent practical experience working with current HSE management practices in the workplace.
Experience in conducting risk assessments and investigations.

The United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) is looking for a skilled and experienced candidate to take on the important role of Health, Safety and Environmental Management (HSE) Manager, based in Staines-upon-Thames.
In this role, you'll lead a small team to implement our Health, Safety, and Wellbeing Strategy, ensuring compliance with Thames Water's standards, processes, and procedures across London.
Please note this is 12 month contract
While primarily hybrid, the role will involve regular travel to various Thames Water locations in the London region, with occasional travel to other areas.
You will be required to monitor health and safety compliance during site visits, undertake site-based audits and inspections, deliver training where necessary and check safe systems of work.

This role will be working within a large RC Frame and Groundworks-based organisation, assisting the H&S Director to ensure our H&S standards are maintained.
