This role is responsible for managing the shifts manufacturing process and production meeting all cost, quality, delivery and safety targets set by the Company, efficiently and consistently.
Our client has a permanent vacancy for a Manufacturing Shift Manager - Nights (6pm - 6am x 3 nights weekly rota).
The Manufacturing Shift Manager drives performance, productivity improvements and develops both machine and staff utilisation lowering the company's cost per unit (CPU).

THE ROLE
